This unique property with its antiquated and traditional Italian architecture is located 60 klm south of Siena. It affords a quiet atmosphere with rolling hills that surrounds the many buildings, vinyards and olive trees. Located specifically close to the small hill-top town of Seggiano (about 3 klm away) it is off the main highway bordering the estate.
The main building houses several apartments on two floors plus a restaurant and kitchen. There are two dining rooms on the interior and a outside area where people can dine throughout the day. The apartment configuration consists of a common area that includes a complete cooking and eating facility, a working fireplace, a table with 4 chairs, dresser, couch refrigerator, microwave and complete utensils. Off of the common area are two bedrooms with 2 beds each, dresser and chairs. Off of each bedroom is a modern bathroom with a sink, shower, mirror and a hot water drying rack.
The entire facility is clean and well appointed. The interior (and exterior) design reflects the antiquity of a traditional Italian estate.....beamed ceilings, tile floors and stone fireplaces.
